* The tough part is shrinking them to an acceptable size. You'll need picture editing software that can resize photos to about 400 x 600 pixels. If you don't have any, you can try going to Resize Images online and following those instructions.
* Then scroll down on a message to where you see "manage attachments."
* Click on that and then find the pictures you want to upload on your hard drive.
* Click upload, then wait until you see the attachment has been added.
* Then close window on the picture popup and "submit reply."
