Sadly that term means not a great deal. Organic in dog food means nothing as there are no FDA or USDA or AAFCO's standards governing the use of them and what it actually means to be organic in dog food.... No what is organic to humans does not transfer to the making of dog food.

There is only one company allowed to use human grade on it packaging and that be anything by Mother Hubbard. Anyone else claiming that can not do so on packaging but can on their websites but there again is not laws or rules governing this by any government body.
