I felt the same way when I read her story (wishing I could help out with a little money). We have Paypal set up for ebay items we sell. It's easy to set up to receive (and send) money. Since she has Internet Access maybe she can set up a Paypal to receive money, then it'll go right into her account . Easy. Sure they charge fee, but it is small compared to Fedx, Western union, etc.
