Have you called the vet? Have Nutrical ready to give, or Karyo Syurp on hand. Low blood sugar could happen in such a small Yorkie. Make sure she is drinking water too.
I do not know if it was the shot or not. Maybe it was the car ride? Do not give her anything else to eat for a while, so her stomach will settle.
