I will be praying for you and your family Pam. You really wouldn't think you would go thru this twice in a lifetime, huh? I have found out that my brother lost everything along with 2 vehickles. He and his wife built a house on the bayou in Bridge City there on 1442. Thankfully he had stored his bikes further inland. This IS a helpless feeling isn't it. This is all supposed to happen on tv. It was something like a horror movie running from the water. I hope Fema steps up for your family, and if I ever do actually get to talk to a real person instead of that recording I will reach thru and slap them upside the head..once for me and twice for ya'll. As we made it to the highway and drove 30 mph dodging water, trees, trash I prayed God to guide our path because we didn't know where we would end up..town after town with no vacancies, we're here in Waco now. I pray that God makes shows you the way for your family and gives you the strength you need to do what you have to do for them. Keep your chin up girl, one day at a time. That's how we're dealing. Bless you all.
