Lady doesn't produce tears in one eye because of her diabetes/nerve damage. I tried cyclosporine and it did nothing. After a miserable year of no tears and scar tissue beginning to form on her eye, her opthamologist prescribed FK5061. It's compounded and you have to get it through an veterinary opthamologist.

Amazingly, she started to produce tears right away. I would definitely ask the opthamologist about it. It's been a miracle for us.
