Without even addressing any of the other apsects of breeding, given your girls current size, I doubt she would make weight to be bred. Generally, 5 pounds in the minimum for a brood bitch and even there there are other aspects (like pelvic structure) that would have to be considered.

There are many factors that should be considered other than just the dog's temperament when deciding to breed.

Unfortunately for your family members who would be interested in one of her pups, looks like they will just have to envy you for having such a fabulous little girl all to yourself. But as an knowledgeable owner, you could always assist them in finding the perfect little Yorkie for them if they decide they want one.
