I would guess that she did something to cause a flare up and if I were you, I'd try to keep her quiet for a few days. Libby has grade 2, and I've been giving her flexicose glucosamine complex and she hasn't had a problem in months! She's very active running and jumping, and shows no signs of stress, so I think this stuff is working. My vet told me to keep her skinny and it shouldn't go beyond a 2, so she doesn't get a lot of treats. I hope Layla is okay and her LP hasn't progressed. Maddie and Libby send kisses!
