We advise all members to be careful for their own sake when giving out any private information, such as your full name, address, phone number, or email address. If members are soliciting email addresses, that may be considered spam and may result in a ban of their YorkieTalk account if it happens multiple times without reason.
Of course, if you are selling or buying a Yorkie or Yorkie product, then it is understandable that you may ask for an email address or address, for payment information or where to ship the Yorkie product. However, asking for an email address when it is not related to that may be a bit suspicious.
We recommend you do not give out any information unless you feel comfortable to do so, as most questions and correspondence can happen through threads, profile messages, or private messages here on YorkieTalk.
