Don't worry about the ears at 7 weeks. She is still really young. I got my pup at 12 weeks, and he had floppy ears. It just took taping, massaging the ears, and trimming the ears, and eventually they stayed up. I believe they started staying up by themselves for him by the time he was 4-5 months old. But I'm sure this will vary between dogs.
It just takes some time. Good luck!!
