At this age, no, I don't think it's food allergies. It sounds like she got into something. Are you quite sure she is back to healthy poo? If so, you're lucky. But, I'd keep a very, very watchful eye to be sure that whatever this was is truly over - bc if it shows up again, I'd get her in ASAP. Put her poo in a plastic baggy (if it happens again) so they can do a fecal test.
