KC can take a loooong time to clear up and, as you know, can lead to pneumonia. Your vet can easily prescribe a suppressant to ease the coughing and help him sleep at night - I wonder why on earth he hasn't done this - or has he?
I'm so sorry you're going through this, I'm sure it's just horrible to watch your baby go through all of this.
