Raw Tabouli Salad
1/4 C Quinoa, soak overnight, drain excess water, spread on plate and let sprout for a day or two
Use 1-2 bunches of curlie Parsley and a few sprigs of Mint and chop finely (or use food processor). Add onions and tomatoes to taste, also chopped finely. Add sprouted Quinoa, olive oil and fresh lemon juice to taste.
Again, super easy, very healthy for you, and tastes great!!!! Quinoa is also a complete protein, so this can easily be a meal in itself!!!
