Greek Pizza (gotta thank IzzyPrincess for this one)

Pita bread cut into two circles, or pita flat bread - brush with olive oil and put under broiler for about a minute.

Top with veggies (I like mushrooms, spinach, tomatoes and green pepper), crumbled feta cheese and Zatar seasoning, sprinkle a little more olive oil. Place under broiler again for about 1 1/2 minutes.

VOILA!!!!!! Low-fat, healthy and tastes great!!!!!!!!!!!
