The same thing happened to me with my first baby Zoey. I had been growing her hair out for almost a year and left her with my step mom for a few days. When I came to pick her up all the hair had been cut off the top of her head. I was so upset that someone babysitting thought they had the right to do that without asking. I never left a dog there ever again. I feel your pain.
