I'm sorry. He's still gorgeous. It'll grow fast..trust me my cat a an"incedent" with candle wax ...my poor bald boy..he is now fluffy and his color is better. I had Aiden groomed at Petsmart,believe it or not . The puppy groom is 14.99 (any cut before 6 mo)otherwise they charge $40.00. They did a great job. I read some of these horror grooming post and I fel for you. It's like when us girls pay alot and all we want to do is cry. Hang in...make sure you tell him he's still handsome...no complexes..as far as bf...good luck my friend.
