If I caught the dog...and notified animal control where he lived. They would ticket the owners for allowing him to run loose plus any license he may not have, plus they'd want proof of a rabies shot. |
Thanks for the advice! That helps a lot! I found out that usually when the dog is loose, the owners are *usually* outside, he's just not leashed, which still isn't the smartest because there's a major highway he could run to very easily, not to mention all the other factors. I'm going to check into leash laws now, or if I ever see the owners I'll have to politely say something, I don't want to come across as a you-know-what!
