Ah! Puppies can sometimes carry a little baby weight. Mine did. I'd just be sure he gets lots of exercise, including walks. You can keep a watch on his weight by weighing yourself holding him and then weighing yourself without him. You can keep a journal, so you know how much weight he is gaining over time. Just don't overdo it on the treats. He will be fine. They gain weight in spurts. Sometimes a bunch at one time and then other times they don't gain for a while.
