First, take some NutriCal or Karo syrup or honey and have her lick it off of your fingers - or put it on her gums/tongue to bring her blood sugar up. You can also sweeten a small bowl of water w/ Karo and try to get her to drink asap. CHECK her gums - are they pink or white? If white, she is dehydrated and this is really dangerous - you need to get to a vet ASAP (but try to get her to drink immediately!).

Have you changed food or treats? Has she been alone inside or outside where she could've gotten into something? Is she walking okay? Is her head bobbling around?

Get her to eat a little cracker or some cheerios/cereal or bread - something "carby".

But again, if this is a PUPPY - this could be an emergency!
Agree.
I just had the same situation couple days ago, and ended up taking my baby to emergency. He passed out for a minute while we are on the way to the hospital, luckily we made it in time. You should really take her to the vet asap!
