Hello, I am getting my new puppy, 11 week old, female yorkie in a few days. I was hoping you could provide me with a few tips on how to best help her adjust to her new home. My biggest concern is my mom has a chihuahua puppy, whom I love by the way!! I am getting this yorkie for my birthday. I originally and really wanted my mom's chi, but my husband isn't fond of chihuahuas and insisted if I were going to have a puppy in our apt. it not be a chi. Anyway, I am hoping the two will be life long friends, but am concerned or question how to go about introducing them and when to do it. Could you please provide info on how to not only best get them together, but especially how to make it smooth and pleasant for the both of them. I am worried my yorkie will be overwhelmed if I put them together too soon, she'll fly in on the 19th. And I am worried my mom's (pretty much mine, we both are extremely attached to each other) chi will be jealous and resent the new puppy. Any recommendations greatly appreciated
