Thanks everybody. No real news yet. My vet encouraged a wait-and-see approach for a few more days. With no symptoms other than sneezing, he's not certain there's anything in there. And the "next step," a scoping and cleaning, is no guarantee. Yorkie noses are so tiny that the scope can't see all the nooks and crannies. And even flushing it out with saline is no guarantee.

So that's three vets that have advised me to wait a little longer and see if the sneezing goes away.

I'm just going to take it day by day. If he has any more serious sneezing episodes, I'm taking him in.

I'll let everyone know. Thanks again for the concern. I'm hoping I'm overreacting.
