When I was buying Callie a new collar, which I only use to hold her tags, my grandma pointed out that some of them feel rough on the inside like the stiching and where the extra material folds over and Callie is bigger so her collar has to be adjustable to at least 11 inches preferably 12 and I am looking for a new collar due to hers getting dull and me getting board with it lol does any one have an suggestions where I can get a "soft" collar?
