If TOTW can't guarantee that the fish meal is ethoxyquin free, I wouldn't use it. They should respond if you contact them and if they don't, that is another reason not to feed it.
It is also made at Diamond but I'm not sure which facility.
Some people don't trust them because of their lack of quality control (like alfatoxin in some food that was made there once).
Other than that, the food itself looks fine.
