I understand what you are talking about. My vet's office is always borderlining spotless and always smells fresh - I guess what really brought this to mind is the day I took the kids in for their regular shots and a staff member was mopping the floor. I figured someone had an "accident", but I was told that a dog with a raging case of Parvo was being seen. I was mortified - even though my guys have their shots, I still worry.
