The one I have (size small) is able to take a treat on each side PLUS in between the two sides is a small area that you can poke smaller treats into (like Kong treats) and it will hold them there as well.
Little Mac will chase it around the kitchen and is able to pick up the ETB with no problem and carry it to his crate, but he gets bored with it after a while too.
