If your dh is supposed to take your baby out in the a.m., does that mean that you aren't around? Is your baby running around loose during this time? When I wake up I head straight for the outdoors with all four. Maybe you would like an ex-pen better than a crate? When I leave for work I always put all four of mine in ex-pens---the senior girls together and the boys in separate ones. Each have a bowl of water, some toys, and washable piddle pads. It is their security when I am gone. Good luck. Joanne
