Well, when I called to complain the girl that was rude to me answered, and when I asked to talk to the office manager she wanted to know my name. I had just gotten off the phone with her (the last straw incident) so I know that she would know who called to complain. This person is also from the same small town that I am from and her mom actually taught me in grade school. Although this person is a few years younger than me we know each others name and face. I don't have to take Roxy back until next year (hopefully) so maybe by then that person will have moved on. I really, really, really, like both vets there and the girls that assist them. And I told the office manager that today also.
