Yes, the Biewer standard calls for an absolute black nose and dark eye rims. The chocolate Biewer has liver or reddish colored nose and eye rims and a chocolate or Biro is not blue/gold/white or black/gold/white. However, the marketing by those breeders is no different then a Yorkie breeder marketing off colored Yorkies.
