Have you checked Hershey when he is not in the shower? My Toto kinda scrunches when I bathe her ... doesn't fight her bath, just lets me know that it's not her favorite activity! Perhaps that's all it is. Hope he is OK! Mandy is right, maybe a trip to the vet will put your mind at rest.
