Held the boys and loved them while she snooped out the whole house. After she was finished I let them down one at a time to check her out. I really watched the boys closely for the first couple of days to make sure they didn't slide into her and knock her down. She just kind of observed them during those first days. Now she wants to be with them every minute. All three go outside together, sleep together, and play together. It's almost as if the boys know she's smaller than them. They don't play rough with her like they do each other. It's really working out well. I say go for it. You won't be happy until you do.

This is so great to hear! We now have two males (9lbs and 12 lbs) and are planning on getting a little girl in the near future. I've been a little worried about how the boys will act with a 'delicate' little girl. They really rough-house with each other. But your experience gives me hope!
