I personally wouldn't purchase a puppy from a breeder that wanted to skimp on their shots. But use your own judgement...did you visit the breeder's home and were happy with living coniditions the dogs were in? Did you see the parents of the puppies (or atleast the mother)? What age is she letting the puppies go at? Most reputable breeders keep Yorkies with their mothers until they are 12 weeks old. Some will let them go at 10 or 11 weeks, but anything less than that isn't recommended.
