Missy I'm so glad to see you back! If your patient is Medicaid eligible, he may qualify for the Aged and Disabled Medicaid Waiver (if he's not already on it). I run a similar program in Mississippi. HCBS waivers provide a wonderful resource to help the disabled offset the costs of having caregivers. Below if the information for the Area on Aging that takes referrals for your area I believe.
