Unless you live on the edge and are willing to try to book very last minute, the prices usually continue to go up. But then right before the (like within the last week) flight, prices will drop because they want to get as many people on as possible. But there's a chance the flight will be full by then and you won't be able to get on!
One of these days I'm planning to just save up a bunch of money and take a week off work. And then I'm going to book SOMETHING last minute. I'll have no idea where I'm going until I book it
I just want to find the best deal and go somewhere.
