Hi Pam. I'm so sorry about your family's situation. Thankfully they have you in their time of need.
While I do agree with V, that there are some 'crazies' out there and you probably shouldn't have your personal info 'out there'... I have to admit that I forwarded your info to my cousin who has granddaughters (and a huge family/friend network!) in the hopes that she can help with items for the girls.
I was at Red Cross today to donate blood. (When they told me I was a very popular A+ I thought it was a compliment until they explained it was just a blood type!

) They weren't interested in household/clothing donations at this time because they said it would be difficult to get stuff to those in need. I pray that if people are able to send you things that they will get to you in time to help. If there comes a time when those things would help your family and actually make it to you, please let us know what you need.
Meanwhile, even though I know that it is just a drop in the bucket and it makes me feel so impotent, I hope that the check I wrote will offer some relief to someone in need. I think Red Cross has a pretty good record as far as actually helping people.
My thoughts and prayers are with your family and all the others that have suffered such a tremendous loss.
