As for the standard to the breed for yorkies perhaps you should go read the akc standard to the breed. I have to tell you I know several reputable breeders who will agree with me on this fact. I have read it, I try to breed to its specifications other than with regard to color. I spend a great deal of time research to improve the dogs I have to produce the healthiest pets I can. The breed standard has changed more than once over the years. The current standard was approved on Approved July 10, 2007 and made Effective October 1, 2007. So who is to say it will not change again to include colors that have always been present in the breed. I am not breeding for show but if that option becomes available I will most certainly enter the dogs I have bred. Sorry I did not have anything else in my pocket that could be universally recognized and easily produced by anybody looking at the photo for size comparison and sorry you find Us currency offensive.
