It doesn't matter were you buy them but they should be similar to these.

What I did and it really worked for me was this:
Get some very small treats (cheese, cheerios etc) brush and comb and put your puppy up on either the table, counter, or in the laundry room on the washer on top of a towel. This will help when it comes time to go to the groomer as well.
Start by giving a treat and then praise, praise, praise and while you are doing this start to run the brush on his coat. Do this for very short periods of time several time a day~no more than a minute or two at a time. Little by little you can increase the time you groom. Treat, praise, brush or comb. This will take a lot of time and patience but it will work.
