OMG that is so sad.
Like DejaVu said, it does break my heart also to think what that poor Yorkie girl went thru trying to have those puppies all by herself.
Plus the babies dying also.
I do feel sorry for your client. It does sound like she loved her Yorkie girl. It's just way sad that she and her Yorkie girl had to learn the hard way and paid the price for it, so to speak.
