Usually by the time they are 6 weeks along it is becoming pretty evident unless they are carrying a single pup. If her vulva is still swollen, her teats are swollen and there are ridges along the mammaries, or there is a clear gelatinous discharge she is probably pregnant. As far as your male being too young, you'll just have to hope that the sperm was mature. The eggs are only viable for 2 days after they ripen so they could not have been fertilized 5 days apart so you don't have to worry about a premie.
