Thanks Cynthia! The reason I am so desperately looking for some kind of activity for Toto is the fact that she is overweight! According to her little bone structure she shouldn't go over 3 lbs. and our vet at home said that was really stretching it! She, nor our breeder thought she would reach 3 lbs. and surely not any more!! I took her to Dr. Lucy for a going over while I was home back in December and she tipped the scales at 4 1/2 lbs.!! No doubt, Dr. Lucy chewed me out!! I was sooo worried because the quantity she ate wasn't that much but she was eating just veggies and had stopped eating any meat! We were going to be down in Denever on business so I made her an appointment at Alameda East for a complete going over ... inside & out!! Their new facility is just wonderful!! All her test results were perfect!! That was a great relief but we still had the weight to deal with. She gets 1/8 c. Natural Balance in the morning and 1/8 c. in the evening. I keep about 1/8 c. of the Royal Canin dry down for her [she usually doesn't even eat that]. Except for 2-3 small treats each day and a greenie once a week, that's all she gets!! So, watch little Cinnamon's diet, especially if her appetite is good!! That weight just sneaked up on us and it's really hard to get off them!! We wouldn't care if she grew to the size of a St. Bernard but we know the weight isn't good for her little heart & knees!! I wish Patrick's job had been in Denver where there would be more opportunity for Toto to socialize! Meantime, I guess we will continue looking for things here for "Porky" to do!
