We have a female brittney spaniel who this happened to, and it is awful she is on meds to help but it is still bad amd has diminished her quality of life. I also am not sure about it happening to boys, but you would think they would come up with a better way. We have a younger Brittney Spaniel that has not been spayed yet and I am always worried about her getting pregnant but my husband won't let me do it because of how the last one turned out.
