Lady had long hair the first time I bred her but I clipped her back there to help keep dingleberries away. The studs owner asked if she could cut some of her hair back there and I said yes, I thought she'd be reasonable. My dog came back with practically no tail hair. I was pi**ed! I couldn't very well say anything cause I did say yes, but HER TAIL HAIR?!? We are breeding Autumn to a smaller male and he is having problems reaching her but the hair doesn't seem to bother him.
