I agree w/Mom to Hot Rod, I would consider trying an xpen or crate, she might find it comforting to have her own place.
Doggy Day Camp might not be a bad idea either. It would let her burn out some of her energy and ease your mind knowing that she is not destroying your home and is having a good time as well!
