While I am not an expert, but I think it might be that she is having separation anxiety. You might want to think about an expen with pee pads to keep her in when you are at work.

Then try leaving her for a few minutes at a time and increasing the time as you go. Maybe leaving a radio on will help too.

It is hard for us to leave them, imagine being left after having had 100% attention. Good luck.
