I haven't read the recipe lately, but when I did, I remember thinking is was way too high in fat for Yorkies and there is no way I'd feed them. It looked like a recipe for pancreatitis.

I'd try adding things to the diet like potato or rice (if you feed carbs) that are high in calories. You could also just feed extra dog food.
