Love Biting?

I've had a couple of reminders, since joining, that I was deafeningly silent!
It was due to me and Meryl, my wife, battling with Amber biting us too. I was embarrassed by this behavior, thinking we were doing something wrong. It starts in the morning with her loving us and wanting to lick us but, as the day wears on, she needs to bite - the furniture, carpets, her toys and us. I'm now managing to control her slightly with an empty Altoids peppermints tin containing some loose cents that I've covered with duct tape. When I rattle this at her she backs off. Two or three weeks back it had got so bad that there was aggressive growling accompanying her biting in the late afternoons but this, thankfully, has died down since I've introduced the rattling tin. I shake it at her and she backs off. The first time she met the tin I threw it (gently) at her to frighten her. Hope this will help you! (We are still madly in love with her!).
