I did Meeko's front 2 paws last night and his back 2 today. He was very good with it. He's use to me clipping him, though. The pedi paws is not any louder than a clipper. I had an easier time using it without the orange saftey guard. With the guard on, the hole isn't very big and his nail kept hitting it and I had the hardest time rounding the edges without hitting the edge. Maybe it was just me being nervous at first. After I hit his nails a few times, he got a little uneasy. I stopped for a while and went back without the guard and he layed on his back and didn't move at it. I made sure to trim the hairs around his nails before I started, didn't want any hair to get caught around it. I couldn't believe how still he was for me. If you're baby is ok with the little hum of clippers, than they shouldn't be bothered by this. I hope you guys have good luck with your babies, I think it's so much safer than cutting their nails.
