I know it's hard when you have such a young baby, but I would not be too worried at this time. I would call the pediatrician's office Monday and see if he/she or a nurse can call you back to address your concerns and also about transition from the breast. It looks to me like you're doing the right things. What an exciting time for you and baby!

If you are able to measure his length accurately in centimeters, I will plot it on a pedi growth chart and let you know what percentile he falls in. The best way to do this would be to lay him on a flat surface and note where his head and heel when leg appropriately stretched are, then measure with a tape.
