I have having a similar problem with my 1 year old Yorkie. Just this morning he was put outside to potty, my husband went into the bathroom and came out to find that Milo had peed on both his chair and mine. He has never done that, but has on the carpet. Milo will do very well for weeks and then have a week where you can't trust him at all. I am getting very frustrated with this whole issue. Milo is a very smart dog and it makes it hard to think he is just being lazy
