I get Nutri-cal from the vet but some of the pet stores may carry it or they carry one that is similar to it. Karo syrup works good also but I like Nutri-cal better. I always have that on hand and we do the gum checks all the time for the little ones or if they don't seem to be themselves. The key is catching whatever problems they have as soon as possible because they are so small. My Emme just hit 2 lbs and she got so sick last week and had to go to the vet...withing minutes of her getting sick, she went downhill fast and had to have IV put in...if we would have waited any longer, I don't think she would be here right now.
