I wouldn't think that you should have to. (if I'm understanding you correctly- you plan on breeding your female w/ studs from other owners while your male matures) As long as you've had her titer tested before you begin breeding her and require the same written proof of the studs that you are breeding her w/ then I don't believe you should need to have her tested again. But overtesting is not in any way harmful (except maybe where your wallets involoved of course lol). But I would test your male (if he's never been tested previously) before you breed them. Wow, that was a lot of jumbled words.. Sorry for the mess!
